OP-20 Stations Overview

The OP-20 Stations assemble washers, bearings, and gears together on a Pallet in what is referred to as a "gear stack" or "part stack".

The OP-20 Rear Stations assemble two separate part stacks (long and short) starting at 20R-1 and continuing in order through 20R-2A and 20R-2B before the part stack is completed at 20R-3. A pallet transports the part stacks on a conveyor through each station. After station 20R-3, the part stack is transported to OP40 Stations 40R-1 and 40R-2 where the part stacks are inserted into the Rear Carrier.
