OP-80 Stations Overview

The OP-80 Stations are responsible for placing a gear assembly inside a Front and Rear Carrier, checking the gear assembly for freeness and height, and then making sure that the Carrier matches with the Moby information for that Carrier.

At Station 80R-1A, the Rear Carrier is flipped upside down before gear assembly. At Station 80R-1B (Rear) and 80F-1 (Front), gear assemblies are manually inserted into the Carriers. At Station 80R-2 (Rear) and 80F-2 (Front), the gear assembly is checked for freeness to ensure the gear assembly meshes properly inside the Carrier, and then checked for proper height. Then, at the 80R-2 (Rear) and 80F-2 (Front) Vision stop, the Carrier barcode information is read to make sure that it matches the Moby information.
