This procedure is used to bring up a preventive maintenance procedure using the HMI Controller program.

Procedure:
  1. From the Main Menu Screen push the F6 "Servicing" key to bring up the Maintenance Screen.
  2. The Maintenance Screen displays a list of the various intervals at which preventive maintenance tasks must be performed.
  3. The Remaining Time bars tell you how much time is remaining before that procedure must be performed. If the bar is blue, servicing is not yet due.
  4. If the bar is yellow, servicing is due soon.
  5. If the bar is red, the service time was reached and is now exceeded.
  6. The Servicing Due column tells you how many hours remain until a servicing procedure is due, or if the bar is red, the number of hours elapsed since the servicing procedure was scheduled to be performed.
  7. To bring up a Servicing Procedure, push the key on the numeric keypad that corresponds with the procedure you wish to access. For example, if you want to display the 40-hour servicing procedure, push the #1 key. The 40 hour Maintenance Message Screen appears.
  8. The Servicing Procedures necessary to complete the 40-hour servicing are listed in the Servicing Procedures field.
  9. Use the Down Arrow key on the keypad to highlight a service procedure.

  11. Use the Down Arrow key to highlight a step. Each time a step is highlighted, the necessary action for that step is displayed in the Operating Instruction field.
  12. Graphics associated with each step are displayed in the Visualization field. To enlarge the graphic, push the F6 Zoom key. Push the F10 key to return to normal view.
  13. Once all the steps in the Operating Sequence field are completed, push the F10 Return key to go back to the Maintenance Message Screen.
  14. Once all the Servicing Procedures are complete, use the Down Arrow key to highlight "End".
  15. Then, push the F3 Finished key. A pop-up box is displayed.
