If the bar
is red, the service time was reached and is now exceeded.
The Servicing
Due column tells you how many hours remain until a servicing procedure
is due, or if the bar is red, the number of hours elapsed since the servicing
procedure was scheduled to be performed.
To bring up a Servicing Procedure, push the key on the numeric
keypad that corresponds with the procedure you wish to access. For example,
if you want to display the 40-hour servicing procedure, push the #1
key. The 40
hour Maintenance Message Screen appears.
The Servicing Procedures necessary to complete the 40-hour servicing are
listed in the Servicing
Procedures field.
Use the Down
Arrow key on the keypad to highlight a service procedure.
Use the Down
Arrow key to highlight a step. Each time a step is highlighted, the necessary
action for that step is displayed in the Operating
Instruction field.
Graphics associated with each step are displayed in the Visualization field. To enlarge the graphic, push the F6
Zoom key. Push the F10 key to return to normal view.
After pushing the F2 OK key, a screen will appear that allows you to add any comments you might want
to add. Once all comments have been entered, push the F2 key to go back to the Maintenance Message Screen.
