This procedure explains how to place the station in Run Out Mode. When in Run Out mode, all pallets in the station will be worked on, but no more empty pallets will be allowed to enter the station.
PROCEDURE:
- If the station is currently running in automatic mode, only perform steps 8-10.
- Verify all station doors are closed.
- Go to the HMI and push the Power On pushbutton. The green light inside the pushbutton will begin flashing. Wait for the light to turn solid before continuing.
- Next, push the FAULT RESET pushbutton until all active faults have been reset. Once all faults are reset, the red light inside the FAULT RESET pushbutton will stop flashing and turn off.
If the FAULT RESET pushbutton continues to flash, it means that there are still one or more active alarms. You will have to fix the underlying problem before they can be cleared.
- Turn the Mode Selector Switch to the MANUAL position.
- Push the RETURN HOME pushbutton to send the machine to its Home Position.
The station can only be homed while in Manual Mode.
- Turn the Mode Selector Switch to the AUTO position.
- Push the (K2) Prepare key to display the Power Up Conditions Screen.
- Then, push the (F14) Cycle Types key to display the Cycle Types Screen.
- Push the (F5) Run Out - ON key to place the station in Run Out Mode.
- Push the CYCLE START pushbutton.
