Approval Switch:
The Approval Switch is a safety feature of the Press. To move press components with the machine doors open, turn the Approval Switch with one hand and press the Pre-Selection Start push-button with the other hand.

Emergency Stop Button:
The Emergency Stop button should be actuated exclusively in cases of danger.

Each activation of the Emergency Stop button causes a peak load on the members of the gear train. Therefore, it should not become a habit to activate this button for stopping the machine under normal circumstances.

When the Emergency Stop has been activated, the slide is stopped at the rear dead center position. After an Emergency Stop has been activated, the machine can be started only after the activated Emergency Stop button has been unlatched. To unlatch the Emergency Stop button, turn the button in the direction of the arrow and pull on it.
